Classical Acupuncture Treatments

Telehealth consultation for personalized Chinese medical coaching and herbal protocols.

Telehealth Appointments

  • Approximately 1.5-2 hours and includes:

    • A thorough and comprehensive review of your medical history as reported in the Intake Forms you will fill out ahead of time.

    • A complete diagnostic exam including Pulse and Tongue Diagnosis, relevant Orthopedic and Western Physical exams, and channel palpation

    If indicated, Dietary, Nutritional and Chinese Herbal counseling, Lifestyle counseling

  • 30 minutes on zoom to discuss progress or concerns + Tongue diagnosis


    Patient will receive updated visuals to amend treatment plan accordingly (it is very common to change supplements weekly or monthly)

In Person Appointments

  • Approximately 1.5-2 hours and includes:

    • A thorough and comprehensive review of your medical history as reported in the Intake Forms you will fill out ahead of time.

    • A complete diagnostic exam including Pulse and Tongue Diagnosis, relevant Orthopedic and Western Physical exams, and channel palpation

    If indicated, Dietary, Nutritional and Chinese Herbal counseling, Lifestyle counseling

  • Approximately 1 hour and will include a brief follow-up intake and diagnostic exam followed by a treatment consisting of acupuncture and perhaps one or more of the traditional Chinese modalities depending on your needs that day.

Guided hypnotherapy session promoting relaxation and self-discovery at Earth & Yin.

*Please note, if you are already an established patient for Chinese medical consults you do not need a new patient hypnotherapy session.

Prep work: 15 minute phone or zoom call to discuss goal and treatment plan. In general, for every year we have had an undesired condition it typically takes 1-2 sessions to notice a shift. So if we have had a condition for 5 years, many patients notice a shift after 5-10 sessions.

Hypnotherapy: 45 minutes - 1 hr guided hypnosis over zoom and phone in the comfort of your own home. (Instructions will be sent beforehand) followed by a 5-15 minute post hypnosis discussion.

Return Visits $80
